Volume is a system which is simple to setup and easy to use; however, it is easy to pick up bad habits, resort back to old ways of working and see efficiency slip.

Watermark Technologies believe that the unique document system is a workplace essential and should therefore be used effectively.

Initial training

This is carried out as soon as possible after system installation and setup. This is either completed face to face or remotely, online.

Account Manager

Each company is assigned a dedicated Account Manager who is your point of contact for ongoing training, user issues, company detail changes, system Health Checks and any questions or queries you may have about using the system.

In-house support team

Should you have any technical issues or seek urgent support our team are always on hand. Simply call +44 (0) 1274 535090 or email ; by emailing the team you will automatically be assigned a support ticket and reference number which will allow the support team to review any queries and contact you to resolve these.

Knowledgebase documents and training videos are designed to give quick and easy to follow instructions to frequently asked questions and training points.

Knowledgebase documents

The library of documents can be reached from two locations, via the website and/or via Volume. To open the library via Volume you must be logged into the system, select help in the top left hand side of the screen and go to about, a screen will then appear which allows users to select knowledgebase.

Training videos

Training videos can be reached from two locations, via the website and/or via Volume. When logged into Volume these can be accessed by going to ‘help’ in the top left hand side of the screen and selecting training videos.

Find out what’s new

Volume Versions is designed to bring you up to speed with all the latest updates and enhancements and provides links to relevant materials. You can find this on the website.  To reach it via Volume select ‘help’ then ‘what’s new.’
