Quay Software CCD link to Volume

KB070 – Integration between Volume and Quay Software’s CCD

The Volume integration with Quay Software’s Client Care Desktop (CCD) will synchronise client details for a single client or the entire client list. Please contact Quay Software to activate the option inside CCD.

There are two options listed in the Scanned docs tab inside a client’s file:

• Launch Watermark for client

This will synchronise data for the currently opened client and update their details as required. If the client is new it will be automatically created in Volume. The client’s file is then opened in Volume.

• Launch Watermark for this client and perform batch update

This will synchronise the entire client list in Volume with CCD. Any new files will be automatically created and any updates to existing files will be updated in Volume. This process takes some time to complete so best run outside of normal working hours.
