Upgrade Volume to latest version on a client machine
KB060 – Guide containing instructions on how to upgrade to the latest version of Volume (client)
Before running the installer, close down Volume, Word, Excel and Outlook applications.

Launch Internet Browser and go to: http://www.watermarktech.co.uk/user/login

Logon to portal using username and password combinations supplied by Watermark support

Once logged in, you will see Volume’s latest version displayed as below:

Click on “Full install” link as below, then download and run the installer package

Click “Next” button on the screen below:

Click on “I Accept the Agreement” and then click on Next button

Click “Next” button

Select “Client/Work Station” from the dropdown menu below and then click on the Next button

Click on the Next button on the screen below

Leave the default checkboxes ticked and click on the Next button and then Finish

Click on the Install button in the screen below
Once the install has completed, open Volume as normal.
