Annotated stamps on Tiffs and JPEGS

Allows the option to stamp JPEG and Tiff images with the user name, date of change and free text to annotate the image. Version control has also been added to this feature.

Choose Stamp option notes will appear in the top left corner.

Version Control automatically creates version number to track changes.
